We love seeing new versions of the best online casino games being included in the portfolios of leading real money online casinos. So when landbased casinos update their game offerings, we just have to report on it. SkyCity Entertainment Group, an entertainment and gambling company based in Auckland, has rolled out the Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) slots platform across the casinos it operates in New Zealand and Australia. The rollout comes after a partnership deal with QCI, followed by a year-long evaluation procedure.
The QCI slots platform is now available in four SkyCity casino properties across New Zealand and Australia. These properties are SkyCity Auckland, SkyCity's flagship casino and entertainment complex in Auckland, SkyCity Queenstown, a casino in Queenstown, NZ, which launched in December 2000, SkyCity Hamilton, a casino offering the only virtual golf simulator in Hamilton, and Adelaide Casino, a recreational and casino venue widely known as SkyCity Adelaide, with a license to operate till 2085.
According to a statement from Judd Hallas, the SkyCity Group Manager Product Performance and Analysis, SkyCity has found “the right solution” with QCI. The company delivers a product that enables SkyCity to get better access to and utilize gaming data, unified for all SkyCity properties across Australia and New Zealand.
The QCI slots platform delivers data-driven intelligence to help land casino operators to generate more revenue. The platform enables operators to optimize their gaming products by giving them a deeper insight into player interactions.
The platform also helps operators to identify top-performing machines and gaming machines that operators can discard without experiencing a negative impact on their revenue-generating abilities. Casino operators can also use the platform to identify data and trends related to consumer behavior.
Commenting on its partnership deal with SkyCity, QCI Chief Technology Officer Andrew Cardno said that the company is proud of its deployment into SkyCity, following a year-long evaluation procedure.
Cardno refers to SkyCity as a “true enterprise deployment” spanning two currencies and merging seven systems into one consolidated view. He also says that QCI considers its alliance with SkyCity “a natural step” from its multi-property deployments across the US as it takes QCI into the Asia Pacific market.
The well-configured and innovative QCI platform is available in 85+ hotel casino resorts in North America and 4000+ online gambling sites worldwide. QCI has signed partnership deals with several operators, including The Mill Casino and The Chinook Winds Casino Resort in Oregon, the WinnaVegas Casino Resort in Iowa, and the software provider Score Gaming, among others. The company says that these operators generate more than $20 billion in gross gaming revenue (GGR) annually.
Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI), a data-driven intelligence that accelerates the growth of casino businesses by helping them increase their revenue, is a company based in San Diego. The founders of the company are Andrew Cardno and Dr. Ralph Thomas. QCI operates from offices in Missouri, St. Louis, Nevada, Las Vegas, Phoenix in Arizona, and Texas.
